Our villa in Kalkan is perfect for up to five people. The floors are tiled throughout and the staircases are marble. The main living area on the ground floor is a spacious open plan design with lounge area and kitchen. The lounge area includes an open fireplace, flat screen DVD player and a selection of DVDs and a CD player. There is a large selection of books and games for your enjoyment. The TV receives Digiturk satellite television.
The kitchen is well equipped. Appliances include oven, gas hob and extractor hood, fitted dishwasher and large fridge with separate freezer compartment; there is a microwave, toaster and kettle. Additionally, a washing machine is situated on the second floor/roof terrace level with provision for clothes drying; there is an iron and ironing board. There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. Doors lead out onto the terrace and pool area from the living room. There is a wrought iron ‘fence’ that completely separates the villa from the pool area which is very useful if small children are playing inside.
The property is air-conditioned and all windows are double glazed and fitted with mosquito netting. There is also free wi-fi internet in the villa, and a small safe. Children’s highchair and cot can be arranged for a small hire fee.
The villa is managed by our English speaking agents based in Kalkan, who will be available to help or answer any questions you might have during your stay. They have worked in holiday villa management in Kalkan Turkey for many years and are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The pool and patio area are cleaned daily. There is a weekly clean and linen service. Towels and linen are included and changed each week. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
