Villa Rental Payment Options
- We are happy to accept a deposit of 25% (non-refundable) at time of booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure
- Upon making a booking you agree to be bound by the booking terms & conditions (Hyperlink to the content of Appendix 2) of this private holiday villa in Kalkan Turkey
- We accept cheque or bank transfer

- May: £600 per week
- June: £625 per week
- July & August: £750 per week
- September: £625 per week
- October: £600 per week
- Booking Deposit: 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure
- Security Deposit: £100 – paid at time of balance payment, will be returned after stay if no damage. Please inform our local agent of any breakages or damage to property

- One set of bed linen and bathroom towels per person per week

Airport Transfers
Payment for airport transfers should be made direct to our management company when you arrive in Kalkan. The cost for this is £110.00 for a taxi and £140.00 for a minibus. A taxi is comfortable for up to 3 people and luggage. 4 to 7 people with luggage would need to have a minibus. Airport transfer time to this private villa in Kalkan Turkey is around 1h 30 mins.
